COZY and FUN

Just a block in from the Seaside Heights boardwalk, this location has all that you want for a quick summer getaway with local fun and entertainment all around you. Just a short walk from your landing you will find yourself at the famous Casino Pier rides and games, Breakwater Beach Water Park, or Smuggler’s Cove putt-putt and go karts.

The apartment is a cozy clean family friendly space just a block from the boardwalk and beach. This air conditioned unit has two bedrooms, a full bath and full kitchen, as well as a nice living space to hang out or watch TV. One bedroom includes a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has twin trundle beds, and the couch located in the living space has a hideaway queen. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided in the apartment. All furniture and appliances are in good condition and working order, including a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator. Cabinets come stocked with dishes, wine/regular glasses, and silverware.

6 beach badges will also be available for your enjoyment of the Seaside Heights beaches and we have beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella available for your convenience. A patio set with umbrella and barbecue grill are located on the property as well so you can enjoy grilling out with family and friends. The fun can continue with a handful of games also available for your entertainment in the apartment.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets or smoking in our apartment. We also require that one renter is an adult of at least 28 years of age or older. No additional guests are allowed beyond the registered guests on the rental agreement. We do request our registered guests be respectful of all other tenants. A refundable deposit will also be required.

This is a 2 family home. During this rebuilding process, we decided to build up and put our rental unit on top of the main apartment. This means a better view, private deck, private outside shower, all new EVERYTHING..

We are only 1/2 block from the beach/boardwalk and located on the last block of the Northern end of Seaside Heights. We will only accommodate families. We are ranked 5 star based on our past reviewers. We have improved since then and added a few things that we didn’t have in the past. Instead of the downstairs, now you get the upper level, better view with private deck and outside shower. We also dumped the window a/c units and gave you central air. You will have all the amenities that you would have at home. Washer, Dryer, dishwasher, central air, granite counters, flat screen TV, wifi, and much more.

Great location in the quiet north side of Seaside Heights. Hear the sounds of ocean waves from this beautiful, two bedroom lower level home, just a few steps to the beach and boardwalk. Relax and enjoy refreshments and cool ocean breezes from your rocking chair porch with table and chairs. There is also an outdoor shower and BBQ grill. The home accommodates 5 with a spacious master bedroom and lovely queen brass bed, second bedroom with comfortable bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We have a beautiful 3 bedroom/1 bath rental just a block from the beach in Lavallette. This is the rear house. Rental is fully furnished and has Central A/C, granite counters, washer/dryer, flat screen TV, wifi, outdoor shower, and plenty of off street parking. Huge shared yard with separate BBQ grills and outdoor furniture for each unit. We have a total of (3) units for rent at this location. All units can sleep up to 8 people. We are pet friendly for a small additional charge.

The house is just 10 away from the beach and boardwalk and in easy walking distance to the pier, waterpark, shops and restaurants. With an enclosed front porch, open floor plan and 4 bedrooms, there is plenty of space inside for the entire family. But why be inside when you can be outside on the huge 20×30 deck! This new trex deck is like having another house outside with barbeque grill, dining table and chairs, couch, coffee table and lounge chairs. There is also an outdoor shower for coming in off the beach. The house has 2 twin beds, 2 full and 1 queen. It has a/c, wifi, 2 TV’s, a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. The location is perfect for families with children. It’s so close to the beach you can easily go back and forth during the day. The pier, rides, and waterpark are just 4 blocks away. There are free movies on the beach Sundays and Tuesdays right on our beach block. Fireworks are Wednesday nights and there are numerous free concerts and family activities all summer long. Once you arrive, you don’t have to drive again until you leave!
