This beachside retreat features a first or second floor condo that both have porches with a beautiful view of Ocean City and has been recently renovated with new kitchen and bathroom, two flat screen TV’s, ceramic tile and more. 2019 new deluxe bed mattresses in all condos.

The Condo is located on the 2nd floor, at the rear of the building, ocean front, off of a large common area terrace. The beach is directly in front of our unit. The only thing separating you from the ocean is the sand! Wildwood Crest Beach offers handicapped and/or senior citizens transportation services. An elevator is located in the middle of the building, and luggage carts are available if needed.

The location combined with the amenities can’t be beat. From May through October the Ocean City Boardwalk offers endless opportunities for wholesome family fun and entertainment. November through April offers a slower pace, many seasonal sales and holiday special events.

Located in the southern end of Wildwood Crest it is conveniently close to the attractions on the boardwalk in Wildwood and the Victorian charm of Cape May.

The complex features a heated pool, laundry facilities, barbecue grill and free Wi-Fi. In the courtyard below enjoy a game of pool, ping pong or shuffle board. The beach is steps from your unit.

We have completely redone this 1-bedroom unit from installing a new kitchen (all stainless appliances!), new paint throughout, new bathroom vanity and all brand new furniture! It is very difficult to find a 1-queen size bedroom unit on the beach- this is the best feature of our home. This unit is located on the ground floor of the Triplex house with a sliding glass door view of the beach. The sunsets from this unit are simply stunning! The couch has a pull-out queen-sized sofa bed so you can have 2-couples stay comfortably together.

Other features include a bathtub, stainless steel dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator.

Kitchen is up-graded with granite, new cabinets and new appliances including a 2 in 1 coffee brewer and k-cup coffee maker. Bedroom has 2 full-size beds and the living room has a memory foam sleeper sofa for extra comfort. Building includes parking, elevator, sundeck with grills and heated pool with separate kiddie pool. Unit includes central A/C and 2 flatscreen tv’s. Great location for families. Unit is steps to the beach and near all boardwalk attractions. North Wildwood also boasts great restaurants and night life. Gorgeous Cape May is only 20mins away. Must be 25 years or older to rent as per our condo association guidelines.

Brand New Exterior of building updated in 2019 including new windows and slider door in the condo. Condo rooms have also just been freshly painted. WiFi included (Mid May – Mid Sept.) New Master Tiled Shower and new Vanity just installed for the 2016 season (not yet shown in pictures). This condo is perfect for a family of 4 or 5 (2 Adults plus 2 or 3 kids).
