Welcome to the Palms’ Wildwood Crest, NJ Condo. Our beach block condo is located at the Summer Sands Condominiums. The beautiful Wildwood Crest beach does not require beach tags. Each block of the beach has portable his and hers pottys. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach.

Outdoor amenities for the complex include: 2 heated pools (which include a fenced kiddie area), free assigned covered parking for one car, 5 sundecks with lounge chairs, 6 outdoor gas grills, coin-op laundry, and outdoor shower. Our first-floor unit is located right in front of one of the swimming pools.

Our 446 sq. ft. condo amenities include: 1 BR with two double beds, queen-size sleeper sofa, 1 bathroom with new tub and shower combination, hair dryer, A/C wall unit with 2 ceiling fans, 2 TV’s with cable and WiFi, kitchenette with granite countertop, 2 burner stove top, microwave/convection oven, coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, blender, dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, iron and ironing board.

Our location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Wildwood. The boardwalk is less than two miles away and there is a shuttle bus stop located on the corner of our property. An arcade and restaurant are located across the street at the El Coronado. They are open for breakfast and lunch.

This gorgeous Victorian Estate is a rare find in the oldest sea resort in the country… It was owned by one family for 140 years and is only now being shared! Has been a HUGE hit in its few years of being rented.
