This three story Victorian gem boasts three outstanding porches, each with a full ocean and beach view, open living room, dining room, modern kitchen, full bath and secluded, semi-stocked wet bars on the 1st & 3rd floors.

The second story includes 3 bedrooms, full bath, laundry room and the master suite with a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

2 bedroom, 1 bath back house with deck, newly rennovated

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath back house is 4 houses to the ocean on 11th Ave in Belmar. The kitchen is brand new . There is one bath with a tub/shower, toilet and sink. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a kitchen/living room combination with a kitchen table, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, etc. There is also an outside deck with a table and chairs and use of an outside shower and BBQ. One bedroom has a futon in it as well as the queen bed. Please be aware that we rent to families or groups age 25 or older only. Thank you for observing this rule.

Spacious beach house 1.5 blocks to the beach on Silver Lake with spectacular lake views from many rooms and ocean views from the large 2nd floor deck and some rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

This gem is a beautiful Victorian home, a true one of a kind in Belmar! This is a great family oriented neighborhood.

WE DO NOT RENT TO YOUNG GROUPS!! Must be at least 40 years old (we require proof of age).

Walk into the front door and you enter our spacious living room (with pull out sofa) and big flat screen tv. You overlook the dining room which is open and sits 6 people comfortably. From the dining room you view the great kitchen with granite counter tops and gas stove for those who love to cook.

The true gem on the first floor is the wrap around deck with views of Silver Lake. One of the best spots in the house to relax and unwind!

2nd floor features 3 bed rooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom is huge and has a queen bed with a door onto the second floor deck which has stunning ocean views. While lying in bed you also have views of Silver lake. The second bedroom has a full bed and you also enjoy views of the lake. The third bedroom is also very large and has a queen bed and its own private newly updated bathroom which is huge and has a stand up shower and separate soaking tub. There is also a very large full bathroom in the hallway on the 2nd floor with a claw foot tub.

The third floor has 2 rooms, one with a queen bed and big room with a day bed that opens to 2 twin or 1 king. There is a flat screen TV in this room if you just want to use it as a hang out space or kids’ corner/room.

Our favorite spots for sure are the gorgeous wrap around decks with views of Silver Lake and the ocean. This space is ideal for reading a book or enjoying a beverage. There is also an outside shower at this house. You get 4 beach passes and beach chairs with this rental.

RATES/AVAILABILITY: Winter rental available (would do monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, weekend, etc). Summer season weekly Saturday to Saturday in July/August. We also do weekend rentals all months EXCEPT July and August.

Laundry is on the first floor and 3 Flat screen TV’s are in the house. The driveway holds up to three cars. Included in the summer rental are four beach badges and some beach chairs.

Relax and enjoy part of a private estate with swimming pool. A two story glass atrium separates your private wing residence [approx. 2000 sq ft] with 2 separate entrances from the owner residence. Lush gardens and woods can be viewed from the outside deck overlooking the grounds. Two generously sized bedrooms . The gold room is the perfect romantic suite with a balcony into the two story atrium. The red room is a fun playful room perfect for 1-4 kids or adults with a built in slide bed adults can enjoy as well. The over sized Great room has a large L shaped couch that pulls out to an additional bed and open concept kitchenette. The gated grounds also has common area such as playground, with a tree house and swings, waterfalls, and plenty of spots to sit and read a book and enjoy nature.

When it is time to explore the near by amenities, enjoy being centrally located in NJ. Point Pleasant Beach, Belmar , Seaside Heights, Spring Lake, Long Branch, Asbury Park…the great boardwalks, mini-golf, arcades, aquariums…just 10-15 minutes away. Across the street is the Monmouth County public Golf Course. Short walk to Manasquan Reservoir, hiking, fishing, boating, horse back riding and a huge playground. And for more fun, enjoy a short ride to Six Flags Great Adventure for some thrill seeking rides and shows!.The perfect vacation!
