Our condo is facing south with panoramic ocean view and a beautiful line of palm trees. There are 2 large balconies, one off the master bedroom and one off the living room. It is professionally decorated with fine furnishings, and you will feel right at home. Charming and clean wood floors throughout is ideal for those who have allergies or asthma.

The living room has a comfortable recliner sofa to spread out and watch sports or a great movie on a 55” flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, pots, pans, chinaware and silverware.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a full bed and a twin trundle bed. You and your family will definitely enjoy the good night sleep on the famous Stearns & Foster mattress and pima sheet. Both bathrooms have over sized oval Grecian tubs surrounded by marble, which makes it so inviting and relaxing.

The condominium is designed for those with an eclectic lifestyle who crave something out of the ordinary. You are within easy walking distance to the Long Beach Convention Center, Performing Art Center, 5 minutes walking to the beach, 5 minutes driving the LB Aquarium and Queen Mary. After a 7 month remodel the Dolphin House Huntington Beach opened on November 1, 2016. To take the virtual tour, just Google “Huntington Beach Dolphin House” and judge for yourself. The 300MB download speed WIFI powers all your devices and covers the entire property. Free Parking next to property. We positioned 3 flat screen “Smart TV’s” where the family could gather in the Dolphin Room and watch Netflix on the 55′ UHD screen, or scatter to view their preferred programs. The cooks in the clan will not be lacking in the kitchen with an assortment of pots and pans, dishes, wine glasses, coffee maker, cutlery and many staples already stocked. And the if you prefer, there is a very nice gas barbecue in the back yard. The washer and dryer are new and we already have the detergent. Also in the garage the kids will find an air hockey table and a nice assortment of bikes. The adults may prefer to play a few rounds on the 3 hole putting green. Parking at the Dolphin House is free and easy. 10 steps behind the rear gate is a cul de sac that is very safe, there is no through traffic and is empty most of the time or you could also park in front of the garage door. All our mattresses are protected with waterproof and bed bug mattress protectors. Linens and towels we provide are always thoroughly cleaned between each stay. Our location is about 30 minutes from Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm. Sea World, the world class San Diego Zoo and other amenities are two hours south. Los Angeles is about 40 minutes depending upon the time of day. Many historic sites, museums and entertainment venues in the city, with other attractions along the way if you care to stop in Long Beach, with the Queen Mary, Naval vessels and the aquarium.

Airports are easy to access with John Wayne/Santa Ana and Long Beach only 30 minutes while LAX is more like an hour.
