Great 4 BR Destination for Families – Centrally located in Point Pleasant Beach

Perfect 4 BR home for two couples with children. We have ample parking in our driveway and we are only 4 blocks to the beach. We are centrally located in Point Pleasant Beach – not only close to the beach, but also a short walk to downtown restaurants, entertainment, shopping and the train station. We have 6 beach badges for Jenkinson’s Beach and a similar amount of beach chairs for your use. And we have several bicycles you can use to get around town. We have a nice comfy sectional sofa in the living room, a porch area to enjoy the evening summer breezes, a 2nd floor getaway hangout for the children, and a fully-equipped kitchen. In the backyard, you will have use of a gas grill and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand at the end of your beach day. During the peak summer season, we are trying to rent for a full week, although we will consider shorter stays on occasion. Sorry, we cannot accommodate prom inquiries or requests from college students.

We do not provide linens and towels. If you choose not to bring your own, Coastal Linen Supply is a local service that will deliver and pick up.
