Our cozy & clean 3 bedroom condo is located at 605 Ocean Avenue, Ocean City, NJ in the Historic District and the Heart of beautiful, fun, and family-oriented Ocean City, New Jersey. Great for a family of 5 or 6.

This is a wonderful location with 2 off street parking spaces so there will be no looking for a place to park or pricey parking lot fees. Located across the street is a beautiful park, the famous Ocean City Tabernacle with its world-renowned speakers and events, and new tennis courts. Our home is conveniently located on Ocean Avenue and 6th Street–just a short 1 1/2 blocks or approx. 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches and exciting Boardwalk with Wonderland Amusement Pier right at the start of the Boardwalk’s fun attractions. The Boardwalk is also home to Cast Away Cove Amusement Pier, Gillian’s Island Water Park, arcades, restaurants, shopping, miniature golf courses, movie theaters, etc. Enjoy plays, comedy and music events at The Ocean City Music Pier (check Ocean City Music Pier online for listings), also located on the Boardwalk. Tickle your taste buds with some ice cream or gelato, water ice, fudge, Ocean City’s famous Johnson’s popcorn, and much more. In the morning, enjoy a family surrey ride or bike ride and have breakfast on the boards. Later, fly a kite, build castles on the beach or just take a walk by the water.

Our cozy summer condo may be rented for long weekends or a full week to fit around your busy schedule, or if you just want to get away for a few days!

The long weekend schedule would be either check-in Sunday 2 PM check-out Thursday 10 AM $1475 for our “Neat Freak Special” . If you prefer a 3 night stay you can check-in on Thursday 2 PM check-out Sunday 10 AM $1175 for our “Neat Freak Special”. Full week check-in Sunday 2 PM and check-out Sunday 10 AM $1975 for our “Neat Freak Special”.

Sunday and Thursday check-in times also helps avoid the crazy traffic due to Saturday check-ins all over the city.

Our great and very popular deal we call the ‘Neat Freak Special’ is a great way to save. You clean it and leave it the way you found it and save on cleaning fees! We make up the beds with clean sheet and additional linens (bed spreads and towels) can be provided upon request for fee.

If you are in town for a special event and need extra rooms, we work with a close by B&B to accommodate your needs. Just let us know.

We also provide cleaning supplies, coffee pot filters, 2 dish towels, dish soap and dish washer liquid, hand soap, 2 kitchen towels, one roll of paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, up to 4 beach tags, 2 beach chairs and a few beach toys we also make up the beds with sheet so for the beds you would just need blankets.

This unit offers a full kitchen with a full sized stove, electric cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, pots, pans, dishware and silverware. Washer and Dryer with laundry supplies. Nice Airy living space with window A/C units and 3 ceiling fans. A large comfortable couch and Smart TV with cable and WI-FI. Enjoy a relaxing night sleep in our fully automated Reverie bed with a comfortable Queen Mattress with sheets included. Located along the South Jersey Atlantic shore, Ocean City boasts 8 miles of beautiful beaches. There are 2.5 miles of Boardwalk area for strolling or morning bike riding with long-established favorites including Shriver’s, Gillian’s Wonderland Pier, Playland’s Castaway Cove, Manco and Manco Pizza, Johnson’s Popcorn and many unique specialty shops. Also Included Is the famous Music Pier, an entertainment venue, which hosts concerts and other events throughout the summer. Although this is a wonderful place it is not a party pad and we care about our neighbors. This space is suitable for up to 2 Registered Guests. Ocean City has a noise ordinance and requires people to be quiet after 10:00 P.M. We respect those around us and will not tolerate guests who abuse our hospitality by either hosting unregistered Guests, throwing parties, or generally being unruly. So if you plan on being loud and unruly than maybe this place isn’t for you.

Our 1,100 square foot condo is located on Haven Avenue in Ocean City and is a few short blocks to the beach via 18th street. Ocean City is a pedestrian friendly town to begin with and 18th street has the added benefit of having traffic lights on every corner.

We really want our guests to enjoy and relax while on vacation so we include the following; 6 beach tags, a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a Keurig in the kitchen.

We are remodeling our unit slowly over time.

For 2019 we’ve replaced all toilets, medicine cabinets, added a vanity to the hall bath, and have painted both master and hall bathrooms. We have also installed an outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water, a new shed with 3 bikes and a beach cart, and a new weber grill.

For 2018 we’ve added new vinyl plank flooring and fresh paint throughout the main common area (living room, dining room, and hall).

The Aquatic and Fitness center offers the following paid amenities; daily gym usage, cafe for coffee and wraps, and a lap pool. They also offer childcare programs making it easy to have some morning adult time on the beach.

For those that enjoy some outside time this condo has a large outside deck located directly off the kitchen and offers seating for 6. A grill is available for use on the deck as well. This deck overlooks the quiet Haven Avenue and is perfect for some down time in between the beach and boardwalk fun.

The rear of our condo offers an open outside enclosed shower with hot / cold water, and off-street parking for 2 cars.

We also have a shed containing several lawn chairs, 3 bikes, a beach cart, several boogies boards, sand toys, and beach umbrellas. There’s a small amount of space for guest items but not a lot.

Get ready for a great beach getaway at this cozy Ocean City condo! Welcome to our Cozy Nest! We are located in the Quaint Quiet Gardens of Ocean City where you will find a spacious unit for a single person or a couple, we would consider a small child however there is no Pack N Play or high chair provided. This unit offers a full kitchen with a full sized stove, electric cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, pots, pans, dishware and silverware. Washer and Dryer with laundry supplies. Nice Airy living space with window A/C units and 3 ceiling fans. A large comfortable couch and Smart TV with cable and WI-FI. Enjoy a relaxing night sleep in our fully automated Reverie bed with a comfortable Queen Mattress with sheets included. There is a full bath with a tub shower that is equipped with bath towels, hand soap, shampoo and toilet paper. We also supply 2 beach Towels 2 Beach Chairs and an umbrella. It is a 6 minute walk to either the beach or the bay Beautiful Sunsets), or a quick ride by bicycle which we provide. Sit and relax with your coffee on our front deck. to read, relax, or sunbathe. There is ample parking on the street but there is no parking spot allotted for this rental. The unit is clean, updated and owner maintained.

This property is located in Ocean City, New Jersey, one of the country’s finest year round resort cities named ‘America’s greatest family resort’. Located along the South Jersey Atlantic shore, Ocean City boasts 8 miles of beautiful beaches. There are 2.5 miles of Boardwalk area for strolling or morning bike riding with long-established favorites including Shriver’s, Gillian’s Wonderland Pier, Playland’s Castaway Cove, Manco and Manco Pizza, Johnson’s Popcorn and many unique specialty shops. Also Included Is the famous Music Pier, an entertainment venue, which hosts concerts and other events throughout the summer. The downtown area (Asbury Ave) offers great shopping and fine dining establishments. Water sports, fishing charters and boat rentals are available in the bayfront area.

Although this is a wonderful place it is not a party pad and we care about our neighbors. This space is suitable for up to 2 Registered Guests. Ocean City has a noise ordinance and requires people to be quiet after 10:00 P.M. We respect those around us and will not tolerate guests who abuse our hospitality by either hosting unregistered Guests, throwing parties, or generally being unruly. So if you plan on being loud and unruly than maybe this place isn’t for you.

There is a 3 night minimum and there is a Cleaning fee of $75 and Security deposit of $400 returned in 7 days after check out as long as there is no damage pending inspection.

Our 1,100 square foot condo is located on Haven Avenue in Ocean City and is a few short blocks to the beach via 18th street. Ocean City is a pedestrian friendly town to begin with and 18th street has the added benefit of having traffic lights on every corner.

We really want our guests to enjoy and relax while on vacation so we include the following; 6 beach tags, a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a Keurig in the kitchen.

We are remodeling our unit slowly over time.

For 2019 we’ve replaced all toilets, medicine cabinets, added a vanity to the hall bath, and have painted both master and hall bathrooms. We have also installed an outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water, a new shed with 3 bikes and a beach cart, and a new weber grill.

For 2018 we’ve added new vinyl plank flooring and fresh paint throughout the main common area (living room, dining room, and hall).

The Aquatic and Fitness center offers the following paid amenities; daily gym usage, cafe for coffee and wraps, and a lap pool. They also offer childcare programs making it easy to have some morning adult time on the beach.

For those that enjoy some outside time this condo has a large outside deck located directly off the kitchen and offers seating for 6. A grill is available for use on the deck as well. This deck overlooks the quiet Haven Avenue and is perfect for some down time in between the beach and boardwalk fun.

The rear of our condo offers an open outside enclosed shower with hot / cold water, and off-street parking for 2 cars.

We also have a shed containing several lawn chairs, 3 bikes, a beach cart, several boogies boards, sand toys, and beach umbrellas. There’s a small amount of space for guest items but not a lot.
