Just a block in from the Seaside Heights boardwalk, this location has all that you want for a quick summer getaway with local fun and entertainment all around you. Just a short walk from your landing you will find yourself at the famous Casino Pier rides and games, Breakwater Beach Water Park, or Smuggler’s Cove putt-putt and go karts.

The apartment is a cozy clean family friendly space just a block from the boardwalk and beach. This air conditioned unit has two bedrooms, a full bath and full kitchen, as well as a nice living space to hang out or watch TV. One bedroom includes a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has twin trundle beds, and the couch located in the living space has a hideaway queen. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided in the apartment. All furniture and appliances are in good condition and working order, including a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator. Cabinets come stocked with dishes, wine/regular glasses, and silverware.

6 beach badges will also be available for your enjoyment of the Seaside Heights beaches. A barbecue grill is located on the property as well so you can enjoy grilling out with family and friends. The fun can continue with a handful of games also available for your entertainment in the apartment.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets or smoking in our apartment. We also require that one renter is an adult of at least 25 years of age or older. No additional guests are allowed beyond the registered guests on the rental agreement. We do request our registered guests be respectful of all other tenants. A refundable deposit will also be required.

All large bedrooms with great closet space. Kitchenette in 1st floor “studio” bedroom. Full kitchen upstairs. All newer appliances in kitchen. Sunny deck with views of the bay. Living room has beautiful sunlight with views of both ocean and bay.

The layout of this home is perfect for a large family or two families vacationing together. There are 2 bedrooms on each floor, a bathroom on each floor and sitting/relaxing spaces on both levels. Kitchen, living and dining rooms are on the second floor, along with a deck off of the master bedroom. The first floor has a washer/dryer, kitchenette with sink, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

This recently refreshed beach house, lovingly named “The Escape” was named after the 1950’s sailboat owned by the home’s original owners, our Uncle Ed and Aunt Evelyn. It is located just south of Used-to-Be’s restaurant and you can see both the bay and the ocean from this home. It comfortably sleeps 10 people (6 beach badges are included with rental). This property has lots of amenities, including 2 driveways for multiple car parking, plus it is a 100 ft. walk from the front door to the beach access path where you can enjoy one of the nicest beaches in New Jersey.

If you’re seeking additional leisure activities aside from spending time at the beach or on bike rides, The Escape is just a short drive from shopping, restaurants, arcades and playgrounds in Lavallette, Bay Head, Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk and the Seaside Boardwalk.

Just 2 miles away is Double Trouble State Park where you can go hiking & kayaking. Seaside, Ortley & Island Beach State Park is only a 20 minute drive. This neighborhood is very family friendly. The cute little town of Ocean Gate is right around the corner which has a beautiful boardwalk with so many activities to entertain guests. This house is recently renovated with top of the line furniture & amenities. The master bedroom has a Queen bed & the second bedroom has a Twin Bed with Trundle.

This is a well maintained retro style home less than 2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. There’s a full kitchen with all necessary appliances. It also offers a spacious master bedroom along with a Washer and Dryer. Each bedroom and living room have AC units. Cable TV and free WiFi available. We also offer 2 beach passes. There’s off street parking in the rear of the property as well as street parking(Meter).
