Our property is located 3 blocks from the boardwalk and 1 block from the bay in Seaside’s relaxing north end. Families with children will love walking straight to Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach, both right down the street.

We have an enclosed porch for sipping morning coffee with original 1920s windows, living room with pull out sofa, and a full size hidden dining table.

The kitchen is fully stocked should you chose to stay in and cook or grill. We have a picnic table in the back along with a small seating area and outdoor shower for washing off the sand.

First bedroom has a full-size bed, and the second bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed.

House is equipped with WiFi and TV with Amazon Firestick.

On street parking is available. We provide guests with 1 parking pass allowing you to park at any metered spot not on Ocean Blvd. We also provide you with 4 beach passes, beach chairs, and a beach cart.

This lower apartment has been recently decorated and is located in the Rear House of 24 Bond Avenue. This property includes 6 beach badges. It has a Private Patio with grill, Outdoor Shower, and can Sleep up to Six (King Bed in Master, Bunks and Pull Out Sleeper Sofa Queen in the Family Room). We have a beautiful 3 bedroom/1 bath rental just a block from the beach in Lavallette. This is the rear house. Rental is fully furnished and has Central A/C, granite counters, washer/dryer, flat screen TV, wifi, outdoor shower, and plenty of off street parking. Huge shared yard with separate BBQ grills and outdoor furniture for each unit. We have a total of (3) units for rent at this location. All units can sleep up to 8 people. We are pet friendly for a small additional charge.
