This Thirty-two foot houseboat is docked on the beautiful Metedoconk River in Brick, NJ near Point Pleasant. For nature lovers, Island Beach State Park is twenty minutes away. Very safe neighborhood. Our Ocean City vacation home is perfect for 2 families that want to vacation together, but still want privacy. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath on the first floor and 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath on the second floor. Our home is updated and well maintained. Only 3 short blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Restaurants and stores are within a 1/2 block-3 block walk. You can park your car all week and walk everywhere! This location is perfect for families that have teens that want some freedom, as it is within walking distance to boardwalk, specifically Castaway Cove amusement pier and Jilly’s Arcade. Layout of the house: 1st floor: sunroom, living room, dining are, kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 bedrooms (queen & 1 twin and a set of bunk beds), full bathroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. 2nd floor: master bedroom (king) with full bathroom, a bedroom off master with a set of bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top).
