This Thirty-two foot houseboat is docked on the beautiful Metedoconk River in Brick, NJ near Point Pleasant. For nature lovers, Island Beach State Park is twenty minutes away. Very safe neighborhood. Free parking right near the boat. Enjoy an evening cocktail on the deck or watch the sun come up while enjoying your morning coffee. Very clean and comfortable! Pick your own pumpkin or apples from a local orchard, visit a farmers’ market, rent a kayak, walk on the boardwalk, or hang out on the beach. Toilet on the boat is a marine toilet and use is slightly limited until we upgrade. (There are two (2) deluxe private shower with all the amenities you could use in the Marina bathroom which is just a few yards away.} There is an unlimited supply of fresh water for kitchen use, drinking, etc. on the boat.
