Gas grill. 2 flat screen TVs, IHome music system. **WiFi log-in and password will be provided prior to check-in.** There is one parking spot allowed near the unit with additional parking on the street. Pets are negotiable for stays of two weeks or longer. No smoking inside unit. Bedding is not included. Beach badges (2) are included, but they must be returned or replaced to avoid a $50 charge to the security deposit. Property is located at 6105 Long Beach Boulevard in Brant Beach/North Beach Haven (Unit 4) between 61st and 62nd street. Renters have access to any beach chairs, boogie boards or toys in the outdoor shed.

Long Beach Island, New Jersey is an 18 mile long island that is 63 miles north of Cape May and 25 miles north of Atlantic City. Activities on LBI include, but are not limited to, swimming, boating, parasailing, surfing, clamming, crabbing, fishing, miniature golf, amusement park and more. A FREE shuttle operates the full length of Long Beach Island from Memorial Day Weekend through the beginning of October (check schedule on the internet). Our Brighton Beach Oceanside House has TWO SEPARATE apartments (2 bedroom/1 bath AND 4 bedroom/2 bath) that have been newly renovated with a large outside shower. These immaculate and beautifully decorated units are nine houses from the ocean, located near the Acme Supermarket and within walking distance of a seafood restaurant, pub/restaurant/liquor store, Italian restaurant, pizzeria/restaurant, bait & tackle, bicycle rental and surf shop. Each unit is equipped with a complete cook ready kitchen and has wi-fi, a large screen tv, dvd player, outside gas barbecue and table with chairs. Our apartments are available all year round: weekly ONLY during the summer season; weekdays/weekends during the spring / late summer / early fall and seasonally for the winter. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments or on the decks. Each apartment has two (2) assigned parking spaces. The apartments are housekeeping units. You are expected to remove all trash, wash dishes/cooking and eating utensils, sweep & vacuum before you leave. Charges for excessive cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. Kindly leave the apartment as you found it.
