We walk or bike EVERYWHERE! For the young and restless, the boardwalk in Point Pleasant is only a 10 minute drive. For the hungry, several restaurants are within walking distance. For those needing some privacy and quiet, both the spacious first floor and second floor master bedrooms offer a seating area and TV. Something for all generations. The NJ Transit stops in Bay Head from NYC or Newark Airport.

Recently refurbished with a open concept, it has a new and fresh look. The first floor contains a newly redecorated living room, dining room, kitchen and Florida Room with a new 40′ flat screen TV. The Florida Room opens up to the back courtyard creating a large continuous space. There is one MBR downstairs with a queen bed, TV, and sitting area with bay window making it both a place to sleep and to enjoy some privacy. Perfect for guests, grandparents or a second couple.

The upstairs includes another MBR (the Captain’s Quarters) with a private bath along with three other bedrooms. The Dunes has one queen, Pirates Cove has two twin beds and the Garden Room has two twins.

The back patio with outdoor shower and two grills is very private, and the front porch offers views of the Marina and sunsets over the bay.

Because we have a full-time tenant in the apartment above, this is NOT a party house! It IS however, a great place to relax after spending the day at the beach, enjoying all the shopping, restaurants, and/or activities that Pt Pleasant Beach as to offer!

Welcome to our beachfront home. We are proud to have you for thinking of renting our beach house. Our home is located directly on the Beachfront and literally step from the water. We have one of the largest beach yards in Manasquan Beachfront for you to relax and soak up the rays without having to walk down to the beach and lug all your stuff. There is a large front patio with seating for six or more, umbrella and BBQ grill. Plenty of beach chairs for you to us elf needed including boogie boards and surfboards. Our home is one of the few nostalgic beachfronts homes remaining and gives you that quaint beach feeling with knotty pine walls and simple living. Your rental is complete with Air-conditioning and if you desire since you’ll be staying on the oceanfront your entitled to fresh cool ocean breezes. Sometimes it actually gets chilly during the knight and you need a couple of blankets. Our home is one of the original homes built in pre building code so the ceilings and some door ways are not for the 6’3″ folks. Just wanted to let all know just incase you or a guest is extremely tall. The house has a large smart HD TV and High Speed internet for your free use..

There is plenty of things to do in the area like the Manasquan Inlet is only 12 houses away for great views and fishing of for the Manasquan jetty or along Riverside Drive. There you will also find The Riverside Cafe (52 years now) as one of the best places to eat from Breakfast, lunch and dinner to a plethora of ice-cream desserts.

The beach in front of the home is also a world famous surfer destination. If you would like to take a shot at surfing try one of soft core surfboards.
