It’s just a few doors away from the pool and has an oceanfront deck that can easily handle six people.

The condo has two full baths, two bedrooms and a living room that can sleep six. It has:

– one queen in the master bedroom

– two singles in the 2nd bedroom

– one queen pullout in the living room. This is a comfortable pullout, purchased last year.

Kitchen has new appliances, equipped with dishes and glassware enough for a family.

Wake up to a beautiful sunrise, steps away from the ocean and just down the hall from a wonderful pool, open Memorial day through Labor day.

Sea Isle is a great place for a family, great restaurants and places to shop. The condo has central air and heating… Wonderful for a weekly summer vacation or a winter weekend getaway!

All rentals begin on Saturday, check in after 3pm, bed and bath linens are not included in rental. Linen service is available for an additional fee.

Situated midway between Historic Cape May and the “Always Turned On” Atlantic City, Sea Isle City is convenient to all of the attractions that southern New Jersey has to offer. Visitors can enjoy the boardwalks and water parks of Wildwood, Ocean City and Atlantic City, the Cape May Lewes Ferry, the Cape May County Park & Zoo, Historic Cold Spring Village, the Atlantic City casinos, outlet shopping at The Walk, The Pier at Caesars, and Gardner’s Basin as well as other area attractions. Once small fishing villages, Sea Isle and Townsend’s Inlet on the southern end of the island are now being memorialized by the creation of “Historic Fish Alley,” featuring some great bayfront seafood restaurants including Carmen’s, Marie’s, Mike’s, and the Lobster Loft. Presently, Sea Isle offers some of the widest, cleanest beaches in all of the Jersey Shore. Pets may be considered by Owner with prior approval for an additional fee per pet, per week

Two story condo only 1/2 block to the beach with direct ocean views. Beautifully decorated and everything, without exception, is in great condition and all furnishings are high end. (4) Flat screen televisions, one in every bedroom. Oversized Master Bedroom with direct ocean views and plenty of room for a crib or small blow-up bed. Second bedroom has queen bed, third bedroom has (2) single beds. Pull out queen sleeper sofa in living room. Dining room table seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

The beach and boardwalk are literally steps form our condo. Included with your rental are (8) beach tags for your use during your stay. Beaches in Sea Isle are guarded. Boardwalk has lots of shops and eateries and other fun things to do for all ages.

We are conveniently located directly across from Excursion Park, the Promenade is across the street from our complex. This park features: Concert Night, Movies in the Park, Family Night, Aerobics, Beach Yoga and a weekly farmers market. Also nearby Sea Isle City built a new Basketball Court/Playground complex.

Perfect for families, this stunning home has 3 queen size beds(2 MASTER BEDROOMS), 2 twin size beds, and 1 bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom. Sofa bed is located in the living room as well. For added value, Beach Tags, pack and play crib, Beach carts, & Beach chairs will be provided for your use during the rental! There are plenty of flat screen televisions, DVD/Blu-Ray player, stereo, seating, BBQ Gas Grill, and gas fireplace for your enjoyment. Fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, dishwasher, coffee maker, enclosed outside shower, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and off street parking. Home also has a very large bonus room/game room on the first floor with sofa, Air Hockey table, Ping Pong, Foosball, games & large flat screen television.

While you probably won’t want to leave Sea Isle City, you are minutes from Ocean City & Wildwood boardwalks, Atlantic City, Stone Harbor, Cape May and Avalon.

Absolutely No pets are allowed. All rental weeks start and end on Saturday, check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am. Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided. Please bring your own linens and towels.

A deposit of $300 is required in order to reserve your week. This becomes your security deposit. After we receive this deposit, we will prepare and mail you the lease agreement, 50% of rental is due within one month and the balance is due 6-8 weeks prior to arrival. Family rentals only. Absolutely NO GROUPS. Minimum age 30.

This newer style five bedroom four bathroom house is full of all kinds of upgrades from Dimmer switches and flat screen Tvs in every room to leaf fans to a full granite top wet bar in bonus room. Unlike other rentals this family home has nik Nacs that you would expect at your own home like spices ,towels , beach chairs ,coolers , Bluetooth speakers etc. Located on Landis between 51st and 52nd St. you are walking distance to all bars and restaurants in town and 1 block to café la Fontana and Fratellis wood fire pizza , two tremendous restaurants. This location also leaves you only six houses from the beach due to the fact that it short blocks at this part of the island. You even enjoy a small Oceanview between houses from the deck. The island in general is small and narrow which making walking to ocean , bay, fishing ,dining , bars and entertainment all very easy and from this location you’ll be able to park your car and walk wherever you desire.
