This single family bayfront home in desirable Long Beach Island (LBI) NJ is located on a protected cove and dead end street. The home has the charm of a beach cottage, yet it has the amenities you are looking for… central air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and outdoor shower.

A few blocks away from the bridge, it is convenient to the wedding venues, the new adventure park and shopping/dining on the mainland. Within a couple of blocks are the beach, swimming bay, playground, miniature golf, restaurants, bars and convenience store.

If you want to relax, you and your family (friends) can hang out on the deck and enjoy being on the water. If you like activity, the water is calmer here for paddle boarding, floating, boating, crabbing and fishing. You are welcome to bring your wave runners or boat to our dock.

Get started on your vacation sooner – conveniently located in Ship Bottom, just two blocks from the causeway. The home is one block from a boat launch with children’s park, 2.5 blocks to the ocean beach, 2.5 blocks to a guarded bay beach with playground, which is a fantastic spot for little ones. Also located within convenient walking distance to shopping, groceries, pharmacies, bakery and garden shop, and restaurants, this home is sure to please everyone!

For outdoor living enjoyment, this home offers an amazing and extra-spacious, fenced back yard featuring a conversation area with seating, a fire-pit with seating, an over-sized picnic table under a retractable awning, another outdoor dining table with seating for 8, an 8-person hot tub, and a gas grill for preparing al fresco meals.

There are flat-screen TVs in the living room, bonus room, and in three of the four bedrooms. In addition, bedrooms also have Ipod home docks. The finished garage bonus room has additional dining space for 8-10 people and a bar area equipped with cocktail/bar ware and storage for beverages. This space also doubles as a rec-room, with a flat-screen TV and internet connected Blu-ray that allows you to use your own Netflix, Pandora, or Youtube accounts, and more. A Wii system is also available for your amusement. This space is climate controlled with a window AC unit.

This home has ductless central air in the kitchen and living room area, and all bedrooms have window AC units.

3) Do you plan to bring a pet? If so, please provide the pet’s age, breed, and weight. Pet must be approved by the homeowner. If approved, a non-refundable pet fee per pet will apply (small pets up to 19 lbs $200, medium up to 39 pounds $300, large pets 40 lbs and over $400 and added to your reservation.

4) Valid, government-issued photo ID is required and must be submitted within 24 hours.

Also note, the person making the reservation must be the person whose name is attached to the payment (credit card or bank account). If a different person makes payment, we require written notice from that person stating he/she approves the charge to his/her credit card or bank account.
