Our apartments are located in the best of Brooklyn. Not far from the ocean and the beach. 3 minutes to the metro station. All restaurants and cafes near the house.

Beautiful renovated fully furnished 1 bedroom near ocean , B/Q train station lots of shops , restaurants and night life. There is king size bed in master bedroom and coach in the leaving room we also have a crib you can stay with the child . Perhaps best known as the Russian neighborhood in Brooklyn, Brighton Beach has long attracted New Yorkers during the summer months because of its proximity to the ocean and to neighboring Coney Island.

Dubbed “Little Odessa” by locals due to the concentration of residents who immigrated from the Ukrainian coastal town, Brighton Beach is bordered by Coney Island to the west, Manhattan Beach to the east, Sheepshead Bay to the north, and the Atlantic Ocean to the south.

Brighton Beach Avenue, accessible by the B and Q trains to the Brighton Beach stop and the B train to the Ocean Parkway stop, is characterized by fresh-fruit stands, liquor stores, cheaply-priced caviar stands, and various restaurants and shops whose ornate facades and Cyrillic signs transport a person to a different time and place. While residents of Brighton Beach are largely of Eastern European Jewish descent and are connected by their fluency in Russian language, the neighborhood becomes peppered with outside visitors—both tourists and NYC locals—during its peak summer season.

Once characterized by the bungalows built as vacation homes in the early twentieth century, Brighton Beach has seen an increase in the construction of high-rise condominium buildings in recent years. The residential blocks between Ocean View and Brighton Beach Avenue are marked by multifamily homes, while Brightwater Court is home to more traditional rentals and a number of co-ops. Among the notable attractions in Brighton Beach are the boardwalk restaurant Volna, Tatiana Restaurant and Nightclub, a unique establishment described by its owner as “dining with attitude,” and, of course, the Brighton Beach Boardwalk. The annual Brighton Jubilee Festival is a mix of international foods, local merchandise, and entertainment for all ages.

Our place is close to public transportation, 12 miles to JFK, 1/2 block to scenic Sheepshead Bay, 1 block to the ocean & sandy beaches, less than 1/2 hour to Manhattan by car (45 minutes by subway) & 10-20 minute walk to many fine restaurants and shopping.

Recently renovated, the apartment has two bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen and is extremely well appointed. Nothing has been overlooked for you or your family’s comfort. Snacks and basics for breakfast are included with rental.

Safe environment. There are lots of friendly neighbors. We also stay on the dock in another houseboat!

There is one double bed in main cabin for guests who are comfortable bunking together and then a twin width couch or fold down booth in front cabin. We also have single guest ‘foldaway’ beds for extra guests

This is a great neighborhood to relax in after the hubbub of the city!

Its relatively quiet (compared to other neighborhoods) with great ethnic food and shops nearby.

Security:

Access to the marina property is only via a locked security gate and a security guard stays in the marina.
