Whether you would like to come visit over the weekend for a getaway, or for a month, we will be happy to accommodate you in our carriage house. We can sleep up to 4 guests with our 2 bedroom, central air conditioned, carriage house.

We have two carriage houses to choose from now, as we are just making this property available as of July 1st.

The beach is less than a mile away, whether your stroll, bicycle or drive. The parking is free at the beach, and enough parking at our property for 4 cars.

There is a deck to sit out or dine on. We provide a gas grille to cook on as well.

If cooking is your thing, a fully equipped kitchen is here for you with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, glassware etc. We offer a home away from home!

Also included is a stackable washer/dryer, linens, towels etc. Everything except beach towels- those you must provide for yourselves.

Our area is beautiful. Great restaurants, a wonderful Irish pub just a two minute walk away, plenty of reasonably priced golf courses to choose from, many charter and party boats to go out fishing on the ocean, only 2 miles down the road at the Shark River Marina. Fresh seafood is served at a number of excellent restaurants, or any other type of restaurant you desire is nearby.

We have plenty of flower beds here, and there is always something blooming in spring, summer and fall!

We can provide a couple of beach bikes if you are not bringing your own. Let us know ahead of time.

Fully modernized 8BR, 4.5 Bath Spring Lake Victorian. 2 living rooms, dining room. Large wrap around porch. Fully renovated. All new bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, 2 zone central AC. Very private property. 7 beach badges (5 adult, 2 children) included with all rentals. South Pavilion Locker included with all monthly rentals (monthly rentals only). Dogs under 20 lbs that are hypo allergenic (poodles, kerry blues, schnauzers, wheaten terriers and a few other breeds as approved by the owner) are OK with additional deposit and additional cleaning fee. Additional deposit of $500. Extra Fee of $250 per week per approved pet.

House has Cable, Wireless HSIA and TV’s; 50′ in main living room.

Will consider both monthly and weekly rentals.

No smoking permitted in the house.

No smoking on property of the house. This includes on the porches of the house.

House has new Weber Grill with 3 burners, sear station and exterior 4th burner.

Please note that this is a totally non smoking house. Smoking is not permitted in the house, on the porch or within 10 feet of the structure. I am asthmatic and am very careful on this point. To our guests, thank you for your consideration and respect on this point.

* It may be possible to rent this house for slightly less $$ in a 7BR, 3.5 bath configuration with maximum of 12 people from October to Mid May. I place outdoor furniture in 1 of the bedrooms for the winter.

* Special options for long term winter rental. Please email if interested.

* Rentals prior to Memorial Day 2016 are in 7 bedroom, 3.5 bath configuration unless otherwise specified.

* House does not have a pool. I provide 5 passes allowing access to the shared use pool in Spring Lake’s South Pavilion.

Each of three floors has a porch or deck overlooking scenic Wreck Pond.

The two-mile stretch of Spring Lake beach is roomy, quiet and immaculate, which makes it a preferred destination for those who don’t want to be bothered by a neighbor’s loud radio or have to worry about tripping over trash. Even on the busiest summer weekends, there is room to spread out.

Full payment required upon booking; cancelled bookings will not receive a refund during summer season otherwise 60 days cancellation policy.

We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 26 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

We will not rent to Big Groups. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults.

2nd bedroom has two twin bunk beds with a pull out trundle bed;

3rd bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a king size bed.

This rental is very private offset from the street via a long driveway; ideal for young children to play plus has outdoor seating where my family and guests spend most of our time relaxing when not at the beach.

This rental includes 5 badges; saving daily beach fee of $50/day. Children (under 12 yrs) not required to pay daily beach fee.

Beach chairs; beach umbrellas and beach mats are available and there is free street parking by the beach or you can walk the 5 blocks from this rental.

Wreck Pond is 1.5 blocks away.

Spring Lake downtown and lake are also within walking distance.

The houses range from quaint to large, but most are tasteful and fit nicely with the town’s bent for subdued beauty. The lake itself is stocked with ducks and even a few swans, and residents say its shores are good for a lazy afternoon stroll or for just sitting and relaxing with a good book. Open to the public year-round, the lake, in which there is no swimming, is the home to an annual children’s fishing tournament every spring, when more than 300 trout are brought from a nearby hatchery.

The rental has a large patio area with a patio table and umbrella for six people or more. Also included is a BBQ grill and outdoor hot/Cold enclosed shower for when you come off of beach to rinse off.
