You can walk to downtown or the train, which can take you to Point Pleasant, Belmar or Asbury as well as NYC. Biking to the beach or take the bike trail that goes to Allaire St. Park. Tennis and basketball courts are a block away. WiFi of course.

Welcome to our beachfront home. We are proud to have you for thinking of renting our beach house. Our home is located directly on the Beachfront and literally step from the water. We have one of the largest beach yards in Manasquan Beachfront for you to relax and soak up the rays without having to walk down to the beach and lug all your stuff. There is a large front patio with seating for six or more, umbrella and BBQ grill. Plenty of beach chairs for you to us elf needed including boogie boards and surfboards. Our home is one of the few nostalgic beachfronts homes remaining and gives you that quaint beach feeling with knotty pine walls and simple living. Your rental is complete with Air-conditioning and if you desire since you’ll be staying on the oceanfront your entitled to fresh cool ocean breezes. Sometimes it actually gets chilly during the knight and you need a couple of blankets. Our home is one of the original homes built in pre building code so the ceilings and some door ways are not for the 6’3″ folks. Just wanted to let all know just incase you or a guest is extremely tall. The house has a large smart HD TV and High Speed internet for your free use..

There is plenty of things to do in the area like the Manasquan Inlet is only 12 houses away for great views and fishing of for the Manasquan jetty or along Riverside Drive. There you will also find The Riverside Cafe (52 years now) as one of the best places to eat from Breakfast, lunch and dinner to a plethora of ice-cream desserts.

The beach in front of the home is also a world famous surfer destination. If you would like to take a shot at surfing try one of soft core surfboards.

Manasquan Beach is a quaint seashore destination. My beach rental is located directly across from the oceanfront homes . Close to Sea Watch Beach and the quiet North End of the beachfront. The house is comfortable, relaxing and convenient . Literally stroll off the beach for lunch or just take a break from the sun and leave everything up on the sand. Enjoy the sunrise and hear the ocean waves from the charming screen porch or on the front deck sipping coffee.

Only 4 step to get into the house. Parking for 3 cars in the side driveway.

The kitchen has all necessary appliances, pots, pans,toaster, glasses, dishes etc. There is an outdoor grill, beach chairs and an enclosed hot/cold shower in the rear of the house.

3 beds, 2 1/2 baths, dock, tiki bar, kayaks, paddleboards, bikes. Five blocks to beach. Kayak and paddle right off my dock. Bars and restaurants less than 1/4 of a mile away. Cable. Wifi. Enjoy the summer in September/ fall in October minus the crowds. 2 car driveway . Ping pong table in garage or just chill in the backyard and watch the boats/ paddleboards go by. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this is our regular home. We are a 5 minute walk to main st. Manasquan and 1.5 miles to the beach. All guests (besides children) must be ages 30 and up to book (besides children staying with their parents). THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOME. We rent mainly to families or small groups of friends who are responsible and considerate of our house and nearby neighbors. Truly perfect for young families. There is a dog that lives here regularly who will not be on site during your rental. In the summer months there is an above ground pool set up but it is not for guest use. There is a lovely park for kids behind the house and a nice deck to grill or relax on.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. One room has a twin sided loft bed with a toddler bed underneath. The second room only has a crib in it but it also fits a queen sized air mattress. The third bedroom has twin sized bunk beds. The last bedroom has a queen sized bed and full bathroom.

Downstairs is the playroom which also has a twin sized bed in it and there is a full bathroom downstairs as well.
