We book for Vacations, Wedding Stays, Reunions, Bachelorette Party Weekends, Bring your own Retreats or do ours, Business Meetings. We have 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and outside shower, 3 rooms can accommodate your pack & play crib. Drop your bags & grab a chair, towel & lotion and hit the beach! This house is steps away from the white sands of relaxation. You will be 3rd from the beach so lunch breaks and a pit stop are no problem for you & the little ones.When the kids need a nap,hit the forth floor deck with a magazine hop in the Hot Tub relax watch the beach with ease if the rest of the crew is still on the beach. The new kitchen invites you to cook up a grand meal, while still being in the thick of it with the open floor plan of the kitchen/dining/living room area. It is has been a long day at the beach, order take out from the several surrounding eateries, and entertain with style, and ease while hanging out with the gang. The Oversized Dining Table Island can be used for extra meal preparation, along with dining. We have upgraded the kitchen with a 48 inch professional gas, convection, steam range, with pot filler, stand alone ice machine, 4 door refrigerator, 3 rack DW, larger/deeper sink, & expanded the kitchen an extra 6 feet. The living room has a new wrap around couch that has a (queen) pull out and a pop up table to eat at if you’re not into sitting with a party and need a break from the island mayhem. There is a 42 inch TV up on the wall and a DVD player in the built in entertainment center, with room for your game system. The large windows in the front and side of the house allow you to keep in touch on who is coming and going and what the waves are looking like for the day ahead while grabbing a bite. The first floor has 3 bedrooms with#1,2, 3 queen beds, 2 are next to bathroom. The #1 bathroom has handicapped rails on the walls for our elders to get around with ease and security, the stand up shower has a seat and handrails in it also for a safer entry. The toilet is a high boy for the adult comfort. 2# bathroom is normal height, right off the back door for quick run ins off the beach. The pantry allows a quick unload and go after food shopping. The stocked cleaning closet of tools when you need a fast pick up before guests arrive, or departure. Heading up the open staircase to the second floor you are hit with the rays of sun that warm you to your toes. This Living room has a huge by window that opens the whole room up to the street and the beach for a birds eye view. The lofted ceiling has been removed and now has a normal ceiling in 2019. We have changed the layout of living room to gain more seating. Pictures to follow after work is completed. This great room has u shaped comfy couches,coffee table/puzzle table, 2 pull out couches (full), with a 60 inch flat screen TV/DVD & numerous DVD’s for your use. The second floor bathroom has a tub/shower,linen closet, and the high boy toilet.#4 bathroom has a normal height toilet and shower stall and linen closet. The second floor bedrooms consist #4 queen bedroom, #5 King bedrooms, #6 queen bedrooms, #7 Queen under twin bunk, #8 King bedrooms with nook room with 1 full under twin bunk. 3 bedrooms are next to a bathroom. The Grand Ole Roof Top Deck for the Happy Hour is AMAZING. This fourth floor spacious deck sets you high above the rest of the homes; you have a panoramic view for miles of ocean, beautiful homes, & skyline. There is nothing like a amber sunset with the rolling waves to set the tone for a romantic night. On the Fourth of July there is no need to go anywhere else to fight the crowds because you can see all the fireworks being set off in the surrounding towns. On clear days the bridge, AC, and the Bay Islands are visible by the naked eye. Deck is during daylight hours and until 10pm for consideration of owners. In Front of the Bay window in the first floor living room there is a nice garden. In the front yard you will have 3 parking spots, with 3-4 spots available up the side alley(depending on car sizes). If you need more parking you can park in front of home on certain days or at the end of the block.The third floor is locked out for Owner who is a Year Round Tenant, with own entrance, and the far right 2 parking spots next to fence are reserved.When renting if there are any questions or issues you have us at your fingertips.
