Condo/Apartment I have a three bedroom unit that is 1/2 block to the beach and boardwalk… This is my most popular rental for the summer. Unit includes full kitchen, living room, deck, picnic tables, BBQ grills and the best location in Seaside Heights, NJ. They come with off the street parking for two vehicles, cable, Free WIFI, and A/C. The backyard is great for family and friends. Three blocks from the water park. 1/2 block to Karma and the street that has all the clubs. Spicy’s on the boardwalk is one half a block away. Linens and towels are included but if you are staying a week bring extra towels. We rent for weekends as well as weeks.

There is 1 bath and an enclosed porch as well. Also, there is a pull out couch in the living room. The property includes a private backyard with picnic table and chairs, as well as a private patio with grill.

Rental Home Most IMPORTANT Last week of June to End of Aug are Sun to Sun and full week only. Central air conditioning comforts an open floor plan in a spacious environment. Full kitchen offers all the comforts of home, dishwasher , including Keurig and carafe coffee pot. One large bedroom offers 2 trundle beds which opens into a king bed on both sides of the room, Sleeping four or more young children. Second bedroom is a queen, third bedroom is a full-size bed. Linens may be provided for an extra charge of $60. Towels can be provided for an extra charge of $50. The beds all have new memory foam bamboo mattress pads. Or comforters for beds are freshly cleaned for each guest. Or pillows are also provided no need to bring anything with you.There is a fenced in yard with lots of patio furniture and a large propane grill, along with an enclosed hot cold outside shower, cabana style with a bench and hooks and medicine cabinet for all your toiletries. The house is located two blocks from the beach and two blocks from the bay, so it’s right in the middle. At the bay you can go fishing, crabbing, water sports so much more. Four blocks to the waterpark, go carts, and miniature golf and of course casino pier with all the amusements. You can walk to literally everything. However the food Store is just a few blocks away by car and there is a great vegetable market close by that also sells the best homemade pies, called Jerry’s in Ortley Beach.The beds all have new memory foam bamboo mattress pads. All comforters for beds are freshly cleaned for each guest. All pillows , with extra ones in case somebody wants 2, are also provided. 4 beach badges provided children under 12 free.
